Problems with Primo Search after upgrade

You may notice some issues with Primo Search, which arose over the weekend as a result of system upgrades.
  • eReserve readings - Some eReserve readings (readings recommended by your lecturer) may not be available.
  • Photocopy requests - This option is temporarily not available in Primo Search.
  • Availability & Request - This option may not appear for some items.
Please contact Library staff on 1800 808 369 (Monday to Thursday 9am - 7pm and Friday 9am - 5pm), or via Ask a Librarian, if you need assistance with downloading eReserve readings, making photocopy requests, or requesting items.

We are working on resolving these issues as quickly as possible, and regret any inconvenience caused to you.
