CSU Library receives online requests and enquiries from students and staff via its Reftracker service. These include various comments and suggestions, as well as Ask a Question, Book a Librarian, Suggest New Material, and CRO changes requests.The service will be unavailable from 12 noon to 5 pm on Saturday 19 November 2011 (AEDT), to allow for moving the Reftracker network to a new hosting facility.
If you try to access the service during this time you will get a standard browser message about there being a problem with connecting to the website.
If you have any queries, please contact the Library, if necessary by a means other than Reftracker.
