Need your answer now?The CSU Library is offering an instant messaging chat service, which will allow you to chat with Library staff in real time.
No accounts, downloads or personal information required. Just click on Chat on the library website and type in your question.
The service will be available from 10 am to 4 pm AEST, Monday to Friday (not including public holidays). This is a three month trial, and, if successful, service hours may be extended.
Don’t forget to give us feedback about the service. Let us know what you think or any suggestions for how it could be improved.
