Ebook Library – CSU acquires 275 new ebooks!

Ebook Library is the latest collection of electronic books acquired by CSU Library. The link to the collection has been added to our Electronic Books webpage, and the adding of individual titles to the CSU catalogue has begun.

The collection consisted initially of 275 titles across a broad range of subject areas. This number has already been increased to nearly 300, and it is expected that more titles will be added regularly.

The collection can be browsed and searched, and searching functionality includes the capacity to search the full-text. Once an ebook is accessed, it can be searched, or browsed using Contents pages. It can be read online (one page displaying at a time), or downloaded to a PC/laptop (for a limited period). There are limits on the amount of an ebook that can be printed and copied, but the service includes a facility that keeps track of the amount that a user has printed and/or copied.

Please note: all users, both on-campus and off-campus, will be required to log on via ezproxy. That is, all users who wish to access the collection or an individual title will be required to enter their CSU username and password.

The Ebook Library can be accessed here . For an example of an Ebook Library ebook in the CSU catalogue, click here.
