On-campus Students - Your Library - Anywhere, Anytime

The CSU Library team welcomes new on-campus students!

Don’t believe the stereotypes about Libraries. Yes, CSU Libraries have books and journals to support your studies, but we also have novels; the latest films, docos and TV shows on DVD, and loads of online resources such as journals, subject gateways, and ebooks. Thousands of full text journals and articles are available via our website plus eBooks, Reserve (collection of online course readings), online dictionaries & encyclopedias, statistics, images and much, much more.

Yes, the Library does have quiet spaces for study, but we also have noisy spaces for group study, watching DVDs, meeting your friends, chatting, drinking coffee, playing chess and relaxing. Need access to a computer? Why not borrow a laptop from the Library? Need to practice a presentation for a tutorial? Why not book a Library discussion room? Need help with an assignment or finding resources? Why not use Ask Us’, the Library’s online help desk “? We’re there to support you and provide the skills you need to succeed.

Don't rely on Google or Wikipedia. Skilled information seekers, who can effectively utilise reputable journals, books, encyclopedias and multimedia, are more likely to succeed in their studies…and the Library can teach you everything you need to know. Just Ask Us!.

And remember to check the Library’s blog for daily updates, our feedback wiki, the Library forum and all the other ways the Library keeps you in touch with new services and resources.
