Introducing Current Contents Connect database

Current Contents Connect is a great database which provides tables of contents and citations for over 7,000 international journals across all subject areas. Coverage is for the last five years.

Did you know that you can check if a copy of an article is available by simply clicking on the links button beside any citation in Current Contents Connect? This will bring up an SFX screen which will show you if the article is available online or in print in the CSU Library. In the example below the article is available online from three different sources. Just click on GO to access the article. A link to the CSU Library catalogue is also provided. Clicking on this link will generate an automatic search of the Library catalogue for that title.

Don't forget that if an article is not available at CSU it is likely that the Library team will be able to obtain a copy via interlibrary loan. CSU academics and higher degree students (PhD, Masters and Hons) are eligible for interlibrary loans through the Library's FRILLS service - there are usually no charges for interlibrary loans obtained through FRILLS.

Access to Current Contents Connect is via the Library's database page.

Ask Us if you need any help using Current Contents Connnect or more information about FRILLS and interlibrary loans.
