FRILLS - free interlibrary loans for CSU researchers

Have you heard about FRILLS, CSU Library's FRee Inter-Library Loan Service for Academic/Research staff, and Higher Degree/Honours students?

Use FRILLS to obtain journal articles not held by the CSU Library. The Library team, where possible uses suppliers who can deliver the requested articles within five working days. Our European supplier can sometimes deliver requested articles, depending on availability, within 48 hours (weekdays). Journal articles are usually delivered by email directly to your desktop.

Use FRILLS to obtain books not available through the CSU Library or BONUS. Remember that books take longer to obtain, particularly from overseas. Books are delivered to your campus library for collection or posted to your home address for DE students.

Some charges may apply for 'complicated' requests - we'll contact you to discuss the charges before proceeding with your request.

How to use FRILLs? Click on the Ask us link on the Library home page and choose Request forms. The Interlibrary loans form is the third option. Complete the form and click on submit. Easy!

And remember, for Higher Degree/Honours students and Academic/Research staff there are no charges! FREE! Nothing to pay! Gratis! On the house!

For more information contact: Sue (Bathurst, Dubbo, DE), Justine (Wagga, Goulburn, St Marks, Ontario, DE) or Greg (Albury-Wodonga, DE)
